Our family has found a true gem in Red Flame, a hotpot restaurant we can't get enough of. We make it a point to dine here at least once a month when the craving for hot, spicy soup hits. My personal favorite is the house special hotpot with beef. The rich, flavorful broth and tender beef always hit the spot. My husband likes the kimchi hotpot, which perfectly balances spice and tanginess. Our kids can't get enough of the garlic noodles and ribeye, which are always cooked to perfection. The consistent quality and warm, inviting atmosphere make this place a comforting choice for our family. If you're looking for a delicious hotpot experience, this is the place to go.

It had been a while since I last visited Red Flame, and I'm thrilled I decided to come back. There was no wait on a Friday evening, and we were seated right away by the friendly staff. The interior is spacious and inviting, with a lively atmosphere created by the music and the buzz of conversations. I opted for the top sirloin steak, and it did not disappoint. I ordered it medium rare, which was perfect since the hot plate continued cooking the steak as I cut into it. The steak was juicy and flavorful, and while the accompanying sauces were a nice addition, I found that a simple touch of soy sauce was all it needed. The rice was fluffy and well-cooked, providing a great complement to the steak. The salad was basic, consisting mostly of lettuce, but it was fresh and crisp. Overall, my experience at Red Flame was excellent. The combination of delicious food, attentive service, and a vibrant ambiance makes it a great spot for a meal. I will definitely be coming back!

We came on a Monday night and it was not busy with plenty of tables. Everything on the menu was under $23 dollars. The hotpots were $15.95. Honestly, this was such a great value! I live in San Jose and this would be $23-26 just for the hotpot. All the appetizers were great! My favorite was the egg rolls. My friend and I split the house special hot pot and the steak. The hot pot had great flavors but not a lot of toppings. The meat was overly cooked and too dried. The steak was tender and came with three different types of sauces. Overall, a good valued place with good food. There were only two waiters and they tried their best to keep up with all the orders and requests (we were a party of 11 with 3 kids).

This hotpot place is the perfect place to go to when you are craving warm soup. I got the Thai hot pot in flaming mild and it was still super spicy. The soup is super flavorful and everything goes well together. I like how there were a lot of variety in the soup like different mixes of of pork, shrimp, and veggies. The restaurant looks really nice. The seats are comfy and overall the place is very clean. The staff was kind as well and made sure of everything was okay during our visit. Tip - Make sure to ask the waiter to turn off the heat for the hotpot because the soup will start to boil at some point and can burn your mouth. You can also ask for a refill for your broth when it is running low.

I love me some red flame. However, I go there not for their hot pot, but their steak. I'm no steak snob, I just like tasty food. The steak is pretty good, and their sauces are great too. It's a hearty amount of food for $20 with two sides and the sizzling from the steak they bring on a hot rock makes me happy. The restaurant is nice and clean, a modern place to eat at. The service is good, and the food will usually take around 20 minutes to come out, an expected amount of time.
